Israelite Info Part I: What Does an Israelite Look Like?

Now that I've made a little headway into informing on the topic of what an Israelite is or believes, it's time to put a face (or faces) to the movement. So, what does an Israelite look like? Could you pick one from a crowd if you knew what you were looking for? Do they have any special facial characteristics? Is there a uniform? What is requirements must be met? It may seem like a simple inquiry, but this question is going to kick off my first article series (Look out for parts II, III and IV!). By the end of it, I hope I will have thoroughly answered all of these questions.

For today, I just want to share some pictures of family and friends, showing you what Israelites look like (all of these pictures are used with the permission of the photo owners).

For starters, let's look at some Israelite families:

The F. Family (some of them)

Quick! Can you spot the Israelites?
How about here?

Now, you may have found the "Find the Israelite" game easy after a few pictures, noticing that there were a few repeating characters. However, the point was this: Israelites are no one race or age. There is no uniform. Though we are serious about our religion, we are not marked in our solemnity. We go to different places with different people. We go out to eat, participate in sports, and celebrate life's milestones. If we were walking in a crowd with you, you may not notice us at all.

There are no genetic requirements. There are no age requirements. There is no personality requirement. It is not something you are guaranteed based on any of your existing attributes. This question naturally follows: How does one become an Israelite?
